If your store has a connected bot, you can send product cards directly in chats and channels!

What is it?

Inline Mode lets users interact with bots right from chats or groups without switching to the bot. On ShopsBuilder, this mode allows you to send product links in direct messages, groups, and channels.

Why do you need it?

• To send product cards to potential customers
• So customers can share your products with each other
• To promote your store (e.g., send a product card in a group chat as an ad)

How to connect?

Step 1: Go to @BotFather and select your bot

Step 2: Go to Bot Settings - Inline Mode - Turn inline mode on

Note: You can set a custom placeholder, a phrase that appears after the bot's name during the search (e.g., "I'm looking for...", "I want to order...")

How to use it?

1. Insert the bot's username at the beginning of any message in Telegram
2. Enter the product name — at least three letters
3. A dropdown will show a list of products — select one and send it to the chat or channel

The product card will include all the details you added to the catalog, including the image.
