If your store has a connected bot, you can send product cards directly in chats and channels!
Inline Mode lets users interact with bots right from chats or groups without switching to the bot. On ShopsBuilder, this mode allows you to send product links in direct messages, groups, and channels.
Step 1: Go to @BotFather and select your bot
Step 2: Go to Bot Settings - Inline Mode - Turn inline mode on
Note: You can set a custom placeholder, a phrase that appears after the bot's name during the search (e.g., "I'm looking for...", "I want to order...")
The product card will include all the details you added to the catalog, including the image.
