You can send mass messages to your customers through your shop's bot. This is especially useful for announcing sales, new products, or important updates.

How to create a mass mailing?

• Go to the Shop Settings

  In the bottom menu, select Broadcast Messages, then choose Create a New Mailing.

• Enter the Subject and Message Text

  Specify a subject and a short main message that your customers will receive.

• Schedule the Send Date and Time

  You can send the message immediately or schedule it for a convenient time.

• Add a Button with a Link

  Choose one of the following button types to direct customers to the desired resource:

  • Inline Button – links to any external resource (e.g., a website, channel or promo code).
  • App Button – links to your Telegram mini app.
  • Shop Button – links to your shop (this is set by default).

• Set the Button Name and Link

  Give your button a clear name (e.g., “Open the Catalogue”) and add the relevant link.

• Test Your Message

• Finalize Your Mailing

  • After testing, the message will be sent to your customers in 15 minutes or at the scheduled time.
  • If you decide not to send the message after testing, simply remove it from the list of messages.

Are there any limitations?

You can send mass mailings no more than 5 times per month.

This feature is only available for ShopsBuilder premium users.

📩 Who will receive the mailing?

The message will be sent to all users who have opened your shop at least once. The only exception is users who have blocked your shop.
